"We tried Lucky Dog after a few unsuccessful attempts at other groomers. Brandi took time to listen to my concerns, individualize my appointment for our Havanese and completely treat him as her own. I wondered about the ‘new owners’ people were referencing following Janelle leaving and my concerns were completely put to rest by Brandi! Our dog Andy never felt so soft and fluffy as he did following our visit here! As an extra bonus, Barry... the owner came to my rescue when I went to leave and my car would not start. He jumped my car and was so gracious and kind about it! Super nice!! We will be back!! Thank you!"

"Five outta Five! My Maltese, Tiny Tina, was all matted and scruffy, and they worked miracles with her. They salvaged a lot of fur length that I thought for sure was done for.
